3 Terms & confirmation

Quotations are valid for three months from the date issued.
This order is for food only — no staff, equipment or drinks are included — so full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking. (Orders that also include staff, equipment or drinks hire are instead invoiced with a 50% deposit on confirmation and the balance due 7 days before the event.)
Prices are based on the package and options above — the final cost may change if the order changes nearer the time, and we'll confirm any changes with you.
Hot delivery requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations: 25% of quoted costs within 14 working days of the event, 50% within 10 working days, 100% within 5 working days.
