Q: What areas do you deliver?
A: All our services are available in Central & Greater London. For orders outside London, please contact us as we may require a minimum spend to accept your order.

For UK courier orders, we only offer our Postal Afternoon Tea.

Q: How much is delivery charge?

A: For Hand Delivery Services:

  • London outside Congestion Charge (£25)
  • London inside Congestion Charge (£30)
  • Greater London Zone 3 & 4(£35)
  • Greater London Zone 5 & 6 (£45)

For Afternoon Tea Postal Services:

  • Tuesday to Friday UK - Mail Pack 1KG (Small Afternoon Tea) - £9.50
  • Tuesday to Friday UK - Parcel 2KG (Big Afternoon Tea) - £12.50
  • Tuesday to Friday UK - Large Parcel Up to 12KG (Multi Order) - £33.00

Q: What time will my order be delivered?
A: We deliver all our hand delivery services between 12.00pm and 4.00pm. If you require a more accurate time, please let us know while checking out or contact us to let us know. 

For Afternoon Tea Postal orders, we use Royal Mail Services and the deliveries are from Tuesday to Friday by 4.00pm and Saturdays by 12.00pm.

Q: Do you deliver on Sundays and Bank Holiday?
A: Yes, but our minimum order is £300. Only Applies for London deliveries.

Q: How much notice do you need to prepare my order?
A: At least 48 hours, if you need them any earlier, please call the office on 020 3744 1551 to double check we can fulfil your last minute order. Extra charges for last minute orders might apply.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, but a cancellation fee may apply depending on the notice. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Q: Do you provide Gluten Free Options?
A: Yes, please specify your dietary requirement and we will take extra care while preparing your order.

Q: Do you provide Vegetarian and Vegan Options?
A: Yes, please specify your dietary requirement and we will take extra care while preparing your order.

Q: I have an allergy or dietary requirement, do you cater for that?
A: Off course, just let us know your requirement and we will do our best to accommodate. If you need to search our website for gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan etc, just type the dietary requirement in our search box here on the right hand side and you will see all products that are gluten free or dairy free. Give it a try, just search " gluten free " and see the results. Please refer to our Allergens Page for further info and guidance.
