Refunds Policy
Cancelling and Refunding an Online Order In the event of cancellation of an online order the following percentage of the sales value will be refunded:
Cancellation with 2 working days notice before the business day of delivery day – 100% of the balance refunded
Cancellation with 1 working day notice before the business day of delivery day – 75% of the balance refunded
Cancellation with less than 1 working day notice before the business day of delivery day –refunds will be issued only on extreme events
All cancellations are to be completed by email and on the phone by 2.30pm on the business day before delivery. Cancellations after 2.30pm the business day before day of delivery (i.e. Monday – Friday) will be refunded
Any request for a refund after the balance has been paid will incur costs for products and labour in processing your order up to the value of 75% of your payment. Please be reminded your balance payment is requested 7 days prior to your buffet. The balance refund policy becomes applicable at the date of receipt of your Buffet Balance Payment Confirmation correspondance.
