Quotations are valid for three months from the date issued.
This order is for food only — no staff, equipment or drinks are included — so full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking. (Orders that also include staff, equipment or drinks hire are instead invoiced with a 50% deposit on confirmation and the balance due 7 days before the event.)
Prices are based on the guest numbers and items above — the final cost may change if numbers or the menu change nearer the time, and we'll confirm any changes with you.
Cancellations: 25% of quoted costs within 14 working days of the event, 50% within 10 working days, 100% within 5 working days.
Staff, drinks and equipment hire: staff are charged for a minimum of 6 hours and a taxi fare applies for staff finishing after 11:30pm; hired equipment carries a cleaning charge of a quarter of the hire total plus a £110 delivery and collection charge, and you are responsible for loss or damage to it at full replacement cost. Cancellation charges for staff are 25% within 14 working days, 50% within 5 and 100% within 2; for equipment 25% within 14 working days, 50% within 10 and 100% within 5.
