Staff

Staff can only be supplied if we are providing the catering.

 

Event Manager:

Our events manager will be on hand to inspire and guide you through 

every step of arranging your event. 

An events manager is charged @ £20 per hour for a minimum of 6 hours during the week. 

 

Uniformed professional waiting staff:

Our waiting staff are professional and silver service trained.

Waiting staff are charged @ £18 per hour for a minimum of 6 hours during the week.

 

Professional Chefs:

Our chefs are fully trained with professional qualifications and are imaginative, skilful and experienced.

Chef are charged @ £ 20 per hour for a minimum of 5 hours.

 

Porters:

Porters are charged @ £ 13.50 per hour for a minimum of 5 hours.

 

Transport:

Taxi fares for staff will be charged for any event that ends after 11.30pm, or after the last means of scheduled public transport has terminated, whichever is earlier.

 

For functions outside Central London staff travelling time will be charged at half the hourly rate each way i.e. both to and from the function.
